Refund policy

At COURA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

🕒 Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@coura.us.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
